CEO and Founder
Timothy is the original founder and chief executive officer of Tego. He is a resourceful and inventive contributor with a 20-plus year track record of success taking quantifiable risks to leverage strategic advantages in order to grow market share and assist companies in achieving profit-generating status. Tim has an MBA from the Wharton School and a master’s degree in international political economy from Northwestern University. Tego is Tim’s third technology company; prior to this he was CEO and founder of SiteScape. Tim’s dog, Finley, comes to work with him almost every day.
Su is co-founder and technology sales lead spearheading Tego’s solution sale in the aerospace industry. Su is an entrepreneur with emphasis in technical sales and engineering, helping grow start-up technology businesses. Su holds a Ph.D. from University of Manchester in chemical engineering and has a master’s degree in computing science from Imperial College of London, U.K. Prior to Tego, Su spent twelve years at Aspen Technologies building their sales team. Su enjoys raising chickens in his backyard for the fresh eggs they produce, which taste better than store-bought.
VP of Marketing
LaVerne is the vice president of marketing of Tego Inc. She leads the company’s go-to-market strategy for the Asset Intelligence Platform (AIP). LaVerne also oversees all integrated communications and champions the company’s mission to enable things to "tell their story” at the edge of the IoT ecosystem. LaVerne has more than 15 years’ experience as a marketing consultant focusing on strategic planning, market analysis, and product management across complex industries such as healthcare and aerospace. LaVerne holds an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Babson College and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. LaVerne previously worked at Partners Healthcare and BioBehavioral Diagnostics Company. LaVerne found her entrepreneurial footing early when, as a teenager, she owned a pool maintenance company that grew to four employees and 110 weekly customers.
